Attendee Housing Details


The address for De Neve Commons is “370 De Neve Dr, Los Angeles CA, 90024.” This should drop your guests off at the east entrance to De Neve Commons.


Our front desks advises guests to arrive any time after 4:00pm so housekeeping has ample time to clean the room. If a guest arrives before 4:00pm, they can still check-in at the front desk. If the room is clean and ready, the guest is allowed to enter the room. If the room is not ready, the front desk will ask the guest to wait until 4:00pm for check-in.


Our front desk requests that guests check-out no later than 11:00am on day of departure.


Upon check-in, all guests will receive a “conference card.” The conference card is very important: do not lose it!The conference card acts as a key to get into your room. It is also used to get into the dining halls for meals.


If guests are interested in meals other than breakfast, they will need to purchase meal tickets. Either the group (NASIT) can purchase meal tickets prior to the group’s arrival, or guests can purchase their own from the front desk.


All guests will receive a linen pack. This consists of: 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, 1 blanket, 1 towel, 1 face towel. Any other material required by guests should be brought by the guest themselves.
